Up for your consideration is a G&L Fullerton Deluxe Kiloton 5 electric bass guitar in Blueburst finish. The electronics have been play tested and working as they should and it sounds fantastic. This Kiloton bass has an Swamp Ash body with a maple fingerboard and features G&L MFD L-series humbucker pickups. It also features a Saddle lock bridge with 6 individual saddles, rear body contour and a Modern C neck profile. This one is in beautiful condition and ready for you to enjoy, it will have the original Certificate of Authenticity and ship with the bag/case as pictured in the listing.

When G&L closed its doors in October 2025, MIRC obtained the remaining inventory.  This instrument is one of the final production models to come off the G&L line in Fullerton, California.

The G&L Fullerton Deluxe Kiloton 5 is a 5-string bass that delivers explosive power in Leo Fender's most comfortable body silhouette, designed for players who prefer potent simplicity over complex preamps. Its immense voice is derived solely from a single Magnetic Field Design (MFD) humbucker placed in the bridge sweet spot, firing aggressively without the need for a preamp. This raw power is harnessed by a 3-position toggle switch that offers series, split, and parallel coil modes, unveiling a wide range of sonic textures using just the volume and tone controls. The bass is armed with a rigid 6-bolt neck joint and Leo's Saddle-Lock bridge, which transfers all the energy right into the swamp ash body for incredible sustain and resonance, making the Kiloton 5 a new force of nature ready for maximum impact.
