Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day window.

Pack Your Gear

Carefully repackage your instrument or accessory in its original shipping carton with all included manuals, tags, and protective materials.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
