The electronics have been play tested and working as they should and it sounds fantastic. This ASAT Bluesboy has a light weight chambered body with a F hole, features a G&L AS4255C humbucker in the neck, with a G&L MFD ASAT Classic single‑coil in the bridge position. Limited Edition Fullerton CA. made guitar in excellent condition and ready to enjoy. This will have the original Certificate of Authenticity and will ship with the bag/case as pictured in the listing.
When G&L closed its doors in October 2025, MIRC obtained the remaining inventory. This instrument is one of the final production models to come off the G&L line in Fullerton, California.
The G&L Tribute Series ASAT Classic Bluesboy Semi-Hollow is a highly versatile guitar that elevates Leo Fender's final single-cutaway design with enhanced acoustic character. The semi-hollow swamp ash body features G&L's twin voice chambers and an f-hole, softening the midrange attack while accentuating the low and high harmonics. This airy foundation supports a powerful pickup pairing: a warm, charismatic G&L Alnico humbucker in the neck and an articulate Magnetic Field Design (MFD) single-coil in the bridge.
